Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee was created to ensure a uniform and neat appearance for the homes in the development. Plans for exterior home improvements must be submitted to this committee.
Submit your Plans/Proposal
Plans for exterior home improvements should be submitted to Dave Hahn. Plans may be submitted by email or hard-copy. Exterior home improvements include things like sheds, patios, fences, decks, swimming pools, etc.
Before submitting your plans, please be sure to review the Evergreen Estates HOA Rules and Regulations document.
